If a student wants to cancel the admission within 8 days of securing the admission 75% of the tuition fees would be |

refunded. |

If a student wants to cancel the admission after 8 days and before 20 days of securing admission 50% of the tuition |

fees would be refunded. |

If the student leaves the course after 20 days of securing admission, no fees will be refunded. |

Fees other than tuition fees are not refundable. |

| PROJECT : |
| |
|
For T.Y.B.C.A. students’ project is one compulsory paper for 100 marks which will be distributed as 60 + 40 (External + Internal). This is group activity where students learn to work in co-ordination, as a team. They get experience to work on real application oriented project. This knowledge helps them to work on any small scale, MNC organization level. For the project, external viva’s are taken by Industrial persons, with excellent knowledge in the field.

| EXAM PATTERN FOR B.C.A.: |
| |
| The exam pattern is divided into two parts- |
| a) Continuous assessment (Internal component) |
| b) Term end exam (External component) |
| |
|
Continuous assessment accounts 40% while the term end exam accounts 60%. The final result is given by running up the marks obtained in continuous assessment and term end exam. For passing minimum 40% marks must be obtained separately in external and internal. First and second year examination is conducted at college level. Third year examination is conducted at university level.
